ITV News reports on international students campaign
The ITV "News at Ten" on 4 March 2019 featured a report on the international students whose lives were destroyed when the Home Office wrongly accused them of cheating on an English test in 2014.
Two of the students Migrant Voice is working with were interviewed for the report, as well as Stephen Timms MP.
"That was my dream - I'll go to England, I'll get my education, and I'll go back and I'll serve my country," Muhammad said. "But it all shattered."
Fatema told ITV the situation had been a "nightmare".
"I cannot go back to my country just because somebody made a mistake and I should pay for it," she said.
