MV takes part in refugee solidarity demonstration in the West Midlands
On 4 October, I Am Birmingham published an article about West Midlands residents coming together to show solidarity to asylum seekers and refugees who have recently been the targets of a hate campaign by far-right groups.
Migrant Voice is supporting the action. Birmingham Salman Mirza told the newspaper, "Refugees are welcome and they need our support. It’s important that local communities are coming together to challenge the far-right racists causing trouble in our cities."
