Valentine’s Day Action against Minimum income requirement covered in the media
14 February: Several Media outlets covered the Valentine’s Day action against the increase to the minimum income requirement organised by Reunite Families UK, Praxis, Migrant Voice, IMIX, the Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants and British in Europe.
Petitions, which have more than 250,000 signatures combined, were presented to Downing Street at 4pm on Valentine’s day to raise awareness of the impact of families separated by the rules.
