MV provided a special training session on January 26th with Delia Lloyd, Head of Policy and Research Insight and Theo Hannides, Humanitarian Media Trainer. Both Delia and Theo work at BBC Media Action, the BBC’s international development charity.
This all-day, in depth training session was a unique opportunity to learn from two senior BBC staff members about story-telling in order to create change. Delia and Theo focused on how to tell an engaging, focused story, the importance of knowing your audience and choosing the right media platforms and formats to engage your audience.
The training provided lots of practical exercises and a chance to work and develop it into a story.
