Join us for a night of cutting-edge comedy and live performance cinema at Voyage of Living Cinema: A Fundraiser for Migrant Voice.
Hosted by Cheltenham’s Comedy Newcomer of the Year Award Winner 2014, Sonia Aste, the first half of the evening features rising stars of comedy, Sarah Sheldon (Jewish Comedian of the Year 2014 finalist) and Nalika de Silva, who follows her 2014 sell-out show at the Camden Fringe, Me, Bill Nighy and the Goblin; the 'self-assured and smart' Chicago native, Cynthia Levin; Funny Women Semi-Finalist 2014, Georgia Thorp; and The Comedy Store King Gong winner December 2014, Saban Kazim.
The second half will feature short films by Russian and Czech animators, as well as graphic novel animation by brothers Tom and James Brown, accompanied by live scores performed by the multi-talented The Cabinet of Living Cinema ('lyrical, passionate and searching ... impossible to forget’).
