Please join us at Migrant Voice’s network meeting in Glasgow on June 26th from 6-8.30pm at Garnethill Multicultural Centre, 21 Rose Street, Garnethill, Glasgow, G3 6RE
This meeting is organised in partnership with Amnesty International UK to look at migrant communities’ experiences of the UK immigration system and what are the biggest concerns.
Migrant Voice are working with Amnesty UK on a joint project which will map and analyse the immigration system and look at how migrants’ rights are impeded or harmed in order to call for changes.
At this time where the impact of immigration policy is in the political and public debate the links between the experiences of migrants with different immigration paths is becoming increasingly clear. There is an opportunity now to bring to light the various immigration policies, processes and practices and their impact on migrants.
This is the first of a series of meetings and interviews across the country.
Please join us to share your experience and your community’s experience with immigration, whether around studying, working, family reunification, asylum, etc. and help us campaign for change.
