Migrant Voice - MV member in Guardian story about students injustice

On 21 May, the Guardian published another story about the injustice experienced by tens of thousands of international students who were accused of cheating on an English test in 2014 and had their visas taken away. Amelia Gentleman tells their stories in this article, showing that fighting an out-of-country appeal is almost impossible, despite this being the only real avenue the Home Office has provided to those seeking to challenge the allegations.

"It is unbearable," MV member Naveed Khan said. "I didn’t do what they are accusing me of. This has destroyed my whole life and my future. I’m not getting better."
