MV member speaks to Maya Goodfellow for Guardian article
On 30 March, the Guardian published an opinion piece by Maya Goodfellow looking at the impact of Covid-19 on migrants in the UK who are already burdened by the hostile environment.
She spoke to several Migrant Voice members for the article and quotes MV member 'Abanda', a refused asylum seeker, at the start of her piece:
"I haven't seen anything addressed to us," says Abanda, referring to the Government response to the pandemic so far. "I don't think we exist."
