Writing letters to the Editor

Daniel Nelson has spent several decades working as a journalist and editor around the world. As a volunteer, he often supports our delivery of media training to our members, including training on writing letters to newspaper editors.

Working together with Daniel, we produced this toolkit, designed for anyone who would like to write an engaging letter to a newspaper editor that has great chances of being published. It includes tips on the best language to use, how to send the letter, and mistakes to avoid.
