Storytelling workshop-London

We will run a special storytelling workshop with a performance of the show ‘Stand by Your Nan’, on February 13 2018.

The workshop will be run by Rachel Sambrooks and Sameena Zehra. Rachel is a spoken word performer, stand-up comic, poet and storyteller and Sameena is a comedian, storyteller, actor, writer and director.

The workshop will cover how to turn memories into stories. The focus of the workshop will be on telling stories that recognise the unforgettable and unsung women in our lives and keeping their stories alive, exploring where we came from, and how those women contributed to who we are today.

Attendance is free, but it is essential to book in advance as spaces are limited.
